Successful cutting lays within the ability of the artist or cutter's skill to orient the fibers within the tiger's eye to capture the beauty of the stone. For the best final polish we recommend using cerium oxide, tin oxide, or diamond.

This material is select grade A from a couple of old estates that obtained this material back in the 70's - 80's. This mixed collection has yielded some great specimens of rich golden tiger's eye an excellent cutting rough for tumbling, carving, sphere making or slabbing for cabochons in jewelry making etc.
