Plastic Pellets...are an excellent filler or cushioning agent to be used during rock tumbling and the polishing of smaller loads to reduce chipping and carry the polish. The pellets are long wearing and reusable, they float off for easy separation to reuse over and over again (within the same stage avoiding contamination between stages).
